Throughout the Fair, a specially arranged Kosher kitchen will be in operation, offering fresh and delicious Glatt Kosher meals prepared by the hotel’s chefs under the supervision of Rabbi Ephraim Betzalel. Our goal is to help every guest feel comfortable, connected, and at home while attending the Fair.
